All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Processing time can take 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-4 business days from the date the item is shipped (not ordered) to receive your items.

NZRN is not responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.
